How and when will we be notified of downtimes?

    If impact stack is down because of maintenance or udpates, how and when will we be notified?

        We behave differently depending on a number of scenarios.

        Planned downtime of impact stack

        1. If the downtime is ≤10s we will not announce the downtime in advance.
        2. If the downtime is ≤5min we will send you an email informing you about the planned downtime >1 day in advance
        3. If the downtime is >5min we will inform you via email >2 weeks in advance

        Unscheduled downtime

        Unscheduled downtime will be made public as soon as possible.

        All downtime

        Downtime that is >1 min and other issues that will effect the live environment and have to be fixed by our team should be publicly visible on the statuspage.
