    • How does impact stack ensure that personal identifiable information that is no longer needed is deleted or removed from the system?
    • What's our role as data controller?

Impact stack doesn't delete or remove any personally identifiable information unless you specifically decide to do so.

You can delete data from the system yourself via the interface or you can work with our support team to anonymise data. When anonymising data you get to keep the meta data (such as the time of a form submission or the original recruitment channel for a contact). You can also set up regular cron-jobs for anonymising or deleting data automatically with the help of our support team.

To find out more about the different types of data and how it is stored you can also check out this question about personal data in impact stack.
